“Staff was nice and tried to make things better due to the horrible room switch. I paid in December and no one bothered to tell us we were going to get a different room. The room we stayed in should be about one half of the $xxx.00 paid in December. I have yet to receive a Discount. $xx. service fee for a one night stay. We left it in better shape than upon arrival. What the heck? ”

“Este lugar siempre es una buena opción, en esta ocasión si debo decir q a la piscina le faltaba más mantenimiento y q la misma estuviese un poco más limpia, a parte es necesario colocar un pasa manos o baranda en la escalera de esta piscina, para evitar accidentes al entrar y salir, por lo demás todo muy bien y agradecida con la atención de Carlos el administrador, muy buena atención. Saludos!! ”
