“We chose the chalet as we were traveling with our entire family, including two dogs. On the listing it says chalet may not be great for kids but looking at the pictures it seemed okay. Upon getting the email to access the house there were instructions for how to reset the water to the house when you run out, and how tot e program the janky aircon that doesn’t turn on. “We largely enjoyed our stay. That said, echoing some of the other feedback, the property could benefit from a bit more repair and general upkeep.Sra. Carmen took very good care of us and was warm and attentive. At times, however, it seemed she was being pulled in many directions, which occasionally made it difficult for guests to fully maximize their time and experience.”
