Newly built and full of natural light, this 3 bed 3.5 bath Ocean Beach home offers an airy open layout just blocks from the sand. The main level features a spacious living room, dining for eight, and a modern kitchen with a large island and new appliances. Upstairs, all bedrooms include ensuite baths, with a primary suite that opens to a private balcony with peek ocean views. With central AC and garage parking, this home is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal style.
The Space:
This newly built Ocean Beach home is a bright and inviting coastal retreat, offering elevated comfort and thoughtful design just blocks from the shoreline. From the moment you enter through the private gate beside the driveway, you’re welcomed into a peaceful setting that blends modern detail with a relaxed coastal feel.
Inside, the main level opens into a generous, sunlit space designed for both connection and comfort. To the right, the living room feels airy and expansive, anchored by a plush sectional and soft textures that invite you to settle in. Natural light filters through the windows, creating a calming atmosphere perfect for quiet mornings, afternoon lounging, or evenings shared with family and friends. The dining area sits at the center of the home, with seating for eight and a natural flow into the kitchen, allowing meals and conversation to unfold effortlessly.
