I arrived around 11:30 ish for check in Saturday, August 16. Staff decent. They were kind/courteous for checking in and out. They lack (or tired of) inform guests the elevator is out of service, still. Nor did the venue fail to mention in description of selecting rooms thru Expedia!
I’ve been to this venue a few times for convenience and pricing. The price should be reduced even more. For the negligence of maintenance (elevator), run down of building C, and the roads/pavement conditions driving in at this particular venue. Way too many pot wholes and unevenness!
It has been over 2 years now. Unbelievable! Still have not fixed the elevator over in building C. Such an inconvenience hauling my own luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Especially check in this late!
Building C dire need for a well long over due make over!
Cons:
-Elevator still out of commission over 2 years!
-Hallways of this building needs to be upgraded. Very dingy and musty. Not well lit.
-Rooms need to be refreshed. Very basic.
-No mini fridge, a basic coffee maker, or microwave.
-Bathroom definitely needs upgrades.
-Bathroom sink is more like a hand sink literally.
-Shower is very basic and the water is sub par.
-No any type of delivery drop off in front of our door! Drop off is in the front desk lobby, in another building!
PRO:
- A/C works well( in the room I stayed in)
-Bed was clean and mattress was comfortable.
-Bathroom assorted towels are clean.
Building C need desperate attention!
