Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist. Es handelt sich um ein Haus, dass nur dem jeweiligen Mieter allein zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht ein relativ hoher……

“I stayed here with close friends for my stag. The Villa is exactly as described, use of the Hot Tub and Swimming Pool really did make coming back after exhausting excursions far easier. We ised the Barbecue whilst there, too. A greay way to spend the warm evening; chillinf with friends next to the smokey scent of meat on the BBQ. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We all have stressful jobs, and finding somewhere so idyllic to let our hair down was something we all needed. Huge……

“2 weeks stay from 22nd march villa iris exceeded our expectations yes it could do with some fixtures updating (kitchen, bathroom) but everything was clean very usable and comfortable furniture. Air con in main and second bedroom. Hot tub perfect. ”

“Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, aber man findet alles, was man braucht. Es wäre allerdings toll, wenn Verbrauchsmaterialien und ein paar Gewürze und Öl vorhanden wären. Für unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir uns dies aber einfach alles besorgt. Einen Hocker für Kleinkinder, muss man improvisieren, dafür gab es ein kleines Sandspielzeug, was von uns ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Alles in Allem haben wir einen……

“Great location in a quiet area. I wish there was more communication about using the gates around the property. We finally figured out that there is a button that looks more like a sensor to get out of the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and as described. We had a little bit of problems with the Wi-Fi a couple of times, but it finally was fixed. Overall, we had a good experience and would return.”
