“Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like……

Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht: Geschirr,……
