Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.”

“When I booked the hotel with Expedia, I booked it on an all inclusive deal. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I only had bed and breakfast. I tried to contact Expedia to rectify the situation but after many phone calls to their automated service, and using the chatbot service, I was told it didn’t recognise my booking number. “To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this.……

Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. “I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.”

“Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints.
