The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool looked nice. They were renovating while we were there which was right outside our room so was not as quiet and did wake me up early than I would have liked but it is going to look very nice when they are done. Definitely recommend staying here and especially when renovation are complete.

Everything was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. I have minor complaints. No Kleenex in the room, no hooks to hang wet towels and the tv was small. Location is great! Would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.

We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, a coffee maker would have been nice. Housekeeping was difficult to arrange and we had to track someone down for fresh towels. A door tag to request cleaning would be helpful. The pool area could have been cleaner and better maintained, and the lazy river floaties need updating. Also, the “lazy river” has no current. Only the bar pool was heated so the others were a bit chilly in late August. I’d recommend a balcony room and possibly a different location if traveling with kids. On the plus side, all of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about the place is good. Not excellent but good. The pillows are super soft so if you like to sleep with your head slightly elevated you had better bring your pillow from home. (Which most people probably already do)

My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great.

The location, pools, and staff, especially the bartenders were great! Pools, the outside areas were perfectly maintained! We had a great time, and we could walk most everywhere on the island from this hotel. When we first walked into the hotel room it seemed tidy, nothing out of place, bed nicely made. Bathroom shower, sink and toilet, clean. When my husband walked around the room without shoes, and sat on the bed his feet were filthy, black, completely disgusting. Later that evening, I used a towel from the room to try and wipe up the water from the shower that escaped, the towel was black! The floor was not cleaned properly, especially in the bathroom. Someone needs to take care of that…The lamp Shades have mold or mildew growing on them, they need attended too. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Not what I expected, the DJ was there for about 4 hours then left us with an awful music selection people went to the resort next door for fun. The rooms were not the cleanest, gnats everywhere, floors dirty, sink mildew under the rim. Staff was awful they couldn't assist with any of my needs that didn't require money. When I hit the enter button and received my confirmation and read...COMFORT INN, I knew we were in trouble.

We had a wonderful time on the island. We would’ve liked to know that the pools weren’t filled with water and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also the property was under construction and we weren’t made aware. We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. Rooms were clean and the rest of the stay was nice.
