Dog-friendly | Shared Pool | Walk to Beach

  • Summary:

    Sugar Sand Oasis

    The Space:

Welcome to this bright, ground-floor condo located in the beautiful 30A community of Seagrove Beach. This charming retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo escape, placing you a few minutes' walk from the sugar-sand beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico.

The pool will be heated from March 6 through April 12, 2026.

This garden-level condo sits half a block north of 30A itself, and less than a quarter-mile stroll from two beach access points. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks along the coastline, or hop on your bikes for an easy ride to Seaside (two miles up the coast) on the Timpoochee Trail. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds when you're ready to cool off or soak up the sun, as well as several great restaurants within walking distance.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a relaxed, beachy atmosphere, full of natural light and furnishings inspired by the coast. The living area provides a comfortable, centrally air-conditioned space to unwind after a day of exploration, while the patio offers a serene spot to enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area where you can sit down for homemade meals and after-dinner card games, and a private washer/dryer to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Catch up on your favorite shows with the smart TVs featuring Roku TV and YouTube TV. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, ensuring you can keep in touch with loved ones.

incredible condo in a great location! loved that it was dog friendly. hosts were very responsive. my only note is that the door is extremely hard to open from the outside. you have to simultaneously turn the lock in such an angle while pushing down on the door knob. would have been nice to know about the complicated door ahead of time. other than that, the condo was literally perfect. would definitely book again!!!
