“Lovely ground floor apartment with private patio. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated/furnished with lovely touches such as books and candles. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could require. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious which would be a bonus for larger parties. Clear instructions given about check in and out process and helpful notes about the property and surrounding area (things to do, restaurants etc.) Location was great - an easy short walk to the beach...

“The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. It is easy to walk to State St. to enjoy shopping, restaurants and the farmer's market. We even walked from the condo all the way to the Pier one afternoon and had a great time enjoying the beach. “Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. “This place was absolutely fantastic; an easy 5 stars. It was very clean with brand new appliances and mostly great furniture. The beds were both comfortable. It is clear that everything about the place is high quality. The pictures don't due the back patio justice. It is a lovely space with a stunning view of the city below. “This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). Nice outdoor upstairs patio and upstairs suite. Spacious bedrooms and overall well appointed. No dishwasher or water line hook up for ice maker or water dispenser.
