“The property was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. ”

“Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.”

“We traveled for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone whether whey wanted to stay with their families or hang out with their teammates. “The Listing advertised a villa, however, when we arrived, we discovered it was actually 2 homes directly across the street. The homes were absolutely gorgeous! The decorations are beautiful. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are very very comfortable. The setting was like being in our own homes!The only disappointing thing was that I wasn't given the code to access the properties until approx 4:30pm. However, if in Las Vegas again, I will book with host again.”

“Family piggybacked off my SEMA attendance. The house was spacious and everything was new. The location was conveniently located to stores and restaurants. If you're planning on making multiple trips to the strip be prepared to battle traffic and parking.”

“The photos of the house are great but still don’t do it justice! It’s stunning in person and one of the few properties with an actual backyard that isn’t just a deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the hut on the beach which had built in speakers and misters to keep us cool in the 115 degree heat. The private beach was well maintained and just a short walk back to the house. With multiple outdoor dining areas, a well stocked kitchen, games in the garage and huge movie theater - the house has so much to……

“Our stay was very comfortable. My family has two toddlers and they both enjoyed the pool. We really appreciated the enclosed outside area to keep the kids safe by the pool. The property manager was very kind and was there to answer any questions we had and to assist us with WiFi difficulty. The house was very beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. My family and I would love to book this house again.”

“This place is really cool! Huge home with an amazing pool and water feature. Very secure and safe feeling. We were amazed at how quick we could get to the Las Vegas Strip. We went to Paris one night to eat at Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant. From the driveway of the house to standing in the casino was about 30 minutes. Highly recommended and we will be back!”

“The house was beautiful, a newer house with comfy beds and pillows. Located near lots of food options about 15-20 minutes to the Vegas strip. The only downsides, and they’re minor, is the coffee pot and cups were on the small side. With 10 people per house, several pots of coffee had to be made .”
