This beautiful spacious 3,520 sf cabin, for 12, is situated in a coveted, quiet, low traffic area and boasts beautiful views. All wood interior, hardwood flooring and exposed beams.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

This private cabin is centrally located and minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. More importantly, it is an easy drive up!

Let's go inside...

The main level has stunning all wood cathedral ceilings and river rock wall accents. The ample kitchen has an extra large island, glass top range and large refrigerator/ freezer. It is stocked with a large microwave, 12 cup coffeemaker, toaster, blender, plates, glasses, cups, utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and other basic needs.

The indoor dining area has an oversized table and offers a beautiful view and access to the deck. There is also countertop seating.

Relax with family and friends in front of the gas fireplace while watching TV in the cozy great room. The sofa is also a queen size sleeper.

The master bedroom with en suite is on the main level. It features gorgeous hardwood cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, TV and king size bed. It also has direct access to the deck. The en suite features double sinks and a jetted tub.

The second bedroom, also on the main level, offers beautiful cathedral ceilings, TV and king size bed. There is a second bathroom with jetted tub on the main level which can be used for the common area or made completely private to this bedroom.

As you go downstairs...

Enjoy a great game of pool in the billiard room. Or venture into the game room to play games, cards, air hockey, foosball or just to enjoy a drink at the wet bar. Not in the mood for games? Relax and enjoy a movie with your loved ones in the theater room with comfortable seating in front of a 146" screen. The theater room also has a queen sleeper sofa and can double as a fifth bedroom.

The third bedroom on the lower level offers beautiful views, king size bed and TV. The third bathroom also has a jetted tub. This bathroom can be used for the common area or made completely private to this bedroom.

The fourth bedroom on the lower level is the coziest! It features a king size bed, TV and en suite with jetted tub.

Let's take a look outside...

This lovely cabin sits high up on its own hill and has a private 180 foot driveway. It is an easy drive up and there is ample private parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on the remodeled front porch which features our cherished Smoky Mountain chainsaw sculptures.

Indulge in a wonderful meal with loved ones in the second dining area, the Floating Gazebo. Furnished with table, chairs and adorned with adorable chainsaw sculpted critters. The gazebo is located in front of the cabin next to the BBQ area. There are two charcoal, covered, park style BBQs and a small grill table. Both the gazebo and BBQ areas have lighting. Close by there are bear resistant trash bins.

Around the side there is a yard. Kids can play here and we suggest that they always be supervised. The yard does have a slope and wild animals occasionally pay us a visit.

Let's go around back...

Take in the beautiful views!!! The main level offers a rap around spacious deck furnished with rocking chairs. You can access this deck through the dining room and through the Master suite.

The lower level also features a rap around deck furnished with rocking chairs. You can access the deck through the game room. There is also an access door in the billiard room which will take you to the Hot Tub. Perfect place to unwind.

Gorgeous views and is secluded. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, huge kitchen/dining area and the family loved the game room and movie theatre! The host was quick to respond to questions I had as well and was so friendly.

Contacted Denisse while we were there. She immediate took care of the issue. Cabin is huge and has beautiful views. Kitchen is also huge for family gatherings. Cabin does need some minor maintenance. Also poison ivy is growing everywhere around the cabin. Maybe it could be sprayed? Overall we had a great stay. Would recommend this cabin especially for a large group or family.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the VRBO experience was seamless. The cabin was as advertised. Past reviews shared concerns of the deck railing. You can tell there was recent work completed with new railing! The cabin is starting to show some wear, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Family Weekend Getaway

Stayed there with my entire family (wife, six adult children, 2 grandchildren). Perfect place. Plenty of room, lots of amenities, nicely furnished, and a great view. Quiet area in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We will stay here again!

Cabin Fun

We had an awesome adventure. Great location. One problem with leaky shower leaking to the floor below, which we were compensated for the inconvenience. Great cabin for large family.

Great views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week. Everything is clean. Nice and comfortable place. The long deck was so nice to sit on and look at the amazing view, and listen to the birds. I would recommend to anyone. Also easy to get to, not a lot of sharp turns, except to go up the hill to the cabin itself. But that wasn’t too steep, and best of all, it is up there by itself, without anyone next to us. Very much enjoyed and appreciated.

Property was clean. Everything was as listed. Pictures in listing are a bit old as most of trees and bushes are quite bigger than in the pictures. But it was quite nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful

Very clean. Lots of activities for our grandkids and adults. Pool table, fooseball, air hockey, theater room, hot tub. The deck railings could use some attention. Rotting and broken in places. Wasn't safe to allow young children out without an adult.

Highly disappointed

When we arrived at 3pm the cleaning staff was still there. They were very helpful and professional. We did find several items broken and trash everywhere. The Ice hockey table doesn’t work (plug in is stripped), downstairs bathroom door is broken won’t close, multiple places on the upstairs balcony are broken not sure why VRBO would allow anyone to rent definitely a safety issue, recliner in theater room was broken, four pool sticks were provided but three had no tips. I’m definitely not one to complain. We gladly helped the staff clean the yard because they were very nice and working hard. I definitely would never stay there again WAY OVER PRICED and unsafe.

Beautiful Smoky Mountain Getaway

Overall we enjoyed staying here. The views were amazing! There was plenty of space for our party of 8. We liked the king size beds and separate bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool table, games, theatre and hot tub. We liked the location (convenient between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg). The kitchen was big enough for several cooks, but could use more necessities (plates, cups, silverware) and some new pots/pans. The fridge/freezer were spacious, but needs to be replaced. Towels, sheets, and blankets were provided, but the comforters need replaced/cleaned. The house could use a deep cleaning and the rugs downstairs need to be replaced. The stairs are not conducive for young children. Overall, we would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

This cabin is the perfect spot if you want to enjoy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! It’s nestled perfectly in between both and makes for a very easy drive to either one! Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets, linens, pillows, etc. We had six adults and six kids (9, 9, 9, 6, 6, and 7 ALL BOYS 😂) and the theater room was a HUGE hit! They brought their PlayStation to connect and between that and the fooseball/air hockey, they were VERY entertained while us adults got to relax together! The views are stunning all around the cabin, and the private drive gives it the perfect amount of privacy while also feeling safe and secure inside of a community. The host was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Everything as far as paper products & trash bags was stocked as listed, but I suggest bringing a few extra of those type of things! The whole trip, us moms just kept saying how thankful we were that everything was going so smoothly because normally there’s at least one issue everywhere we go, but it was so seamless! If I could rate this more than five stars I would! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to make memories! We hope to return!

Got what we paid for

Paws manor cabin is located just enough out of the way from the busy areas and in the mountain for beautiful views. Of course for a rental it has its wear and tear areas. Kitchen and bathrooms could definitely use some updates. There are enough serving dishes but the extreme lack of pots and pans made it interesting to cook with. It honestly looked like they were goodwill drop outs. Because of the dramatic need for updates, cleanliness was a bit of a downfall. The master bathroom had ant issues but nothing where it couldnt be used. There was hair left in the tubs as well. I did need to send pictures of some water leaking from the ceiling into the billard room and we often returned from 90 degree days to water in the kitchen from the freezer. We received instructions on how to use the alarm system, but that was also refusing to work at all. All in all, it wasnt a complete bust. The fridge and freezee was huge and the beds did not have bugs. However for that price, no major complaints.

Family trip of 8

Pros: Overall cleanliness was very good. Lots of space for us. I felt safe having my grandson walk and crawl around inside. The location was great. Pool table, air hockey table and hot tub were awesome. We never used the theater room or foosball table but they looked nice. The driveway is steep but manageable in a car or SUV. Cons: The kitchen is extremely lacking in glasses(only had 5), skillets(only had 1 that was impossible to use due to how old it is) and extra things that I feel should automatically be there like salt and pepper. All the comforters need a deep cleaning very badly. Several drains throughout the house were very clogged up. My husband pulled a massive wad of hair out of the bathroom tub drain we used. The second bathroom tub upstairs when used poured water onto the floor downstairs by the pool table. Luckily no electronics were left out there otherwise they would be ruined. I’ve read about the leak in a few other reviews so I’m confused why it hasn’t been fixed. Overall: We did enjoy our stay here however for the price, I’d expect more. I saw the cabin is for sale (there’s a for sale sign out by the road) so maybe that is why nothing has been done.

Such a beautiful home, great location, but not set up to sleep 12

We loved the home so much. The location was perfect, the house is beautiful. But, with that being said… Instructions say to arm and disarm the security, but it wasn’t working when we got in and it wouldn’t arm for us. We originally had 11 people staying, but we had a few family members cancel last minute, which was a blessing. There was no playpen (but the listing said there is and we didn’t bring ours as a result). There are two pullout couches, but we never found sheets for one or blankets for either. There were not enough pillows for them all either. We found one set of sheets because the owner was able to advise they were in the ottoman (they were not, but we found them in a closed basket nearby). When we moved the table to pull the couch out there was a bunch of food and gross stuff underneath The knob on the fireplace in the master bedroom is broken There are very, very basic utensils and pots and pans. There’s not enough cups to cover everyone in the house or spoons. There are no pot holders (mentioned in another review). We were hit with a massive storm and there are leaks in the house, but none that impacted our sleeping places or items. There were lightbulbs out. The air hockey table is on its last limb and doesn’t track one sides scores. Aside from this, the view was gorgeous, it was more secluded than the homes around us and it is a very nice home in a great location. We just had to prepare for things we didn’t think we need to in a rental.
