The hotel staff was amazing, check in was like 2min after reservations. Rooms were crisp. They extended our check out time inspite of it being 2 hrs later no charge. Will stay here again if im ever this way

I liked the pool and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location in respect to the casino was perfect. Unfortunately the free breakfast was very sparse. One worker told us the delivery truck was 2 weeks late .The bathtub was very dingy looking and the coffee maker had no basket so we couldn't make coffee. There was food left in the room refrigerator. Seemed like staff spent more time on coffee breaks than cleaning.

Ok, here we go…The staff is awesome, but this hotel is 2.5 stars for a reason, still the best you can do for $100 a night in Kings Mountain NC. We actually tried three rooms in two nights, & each was an adventure, as all had significant issues but we got through & had a good time. BTW not sure what Comfort Inn the pics online are from, but it isn’t this one.

Staff was really nice… we stayed in room 223 an we had to put the title up in the restroom the whole ceiling was not covered… a lot of kids were hanging out at night around the hotel… this is my 2nd stay at this hotel very nice beds but room could’ve been better

First of all I had stayed there before. I don’t remember it being so bad. Room was on 3rd floor. Elevator door was dirty and lots of damage on it. Hallway stunk. Refrigerator had a dried lime in plastic glass. Bathroom sink slow drainage. My last stay before yesterday room was on 1st floor and didn’t experience what I saw on 3rd floor. One other thing phone line was cut! Fire alarm went off no intercom message at all. I will never stay there again. Staff was nice. No Pets. Saw 4 dogs
