I’m a Father to 2 boys ages 9 & 11 & feel I know what families seek for nice

stay near the beach – FUN . I handle it all for a fun stay.



Condo is very clean inside – all tile no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has

en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if

kiddos sleep on the fold down couch. The washer/dryer is so nice to use to go

home with clean clothes & less work after a “tiring” vacation!



Comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all pots & pans, towels, and linens.

Great 2nd story private patio overlooks the pool in back if you want to watch

the kids swim or sip a margarita



As this is a 2nd floor condo a flight of stairs is required to get up to the

condo space.



Super high 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here &

very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton’s Beach

Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Island Market for quick meal prep supplies, Parrot Eyes

for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.



Flat screen TVs are all SMART TVs on wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the

beach to relax in. TheHart Boys welcome you to our little Island Morning Sun

beach retreats on South Padre Island!
