“My husband and I stayed there for our 18th Anniversary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We were in room 101 and the view was amazing! High quality furniture and very clean! It would have been nice to be able to see the TV from the couch and be able to open the balcony door all the way as we couldn't because of the couch placement but overall extremely satisfied and will be back! “Best Western Plus Westgate Inn & Suites deserves real credit. The staff here is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—one of the reasons I keep coming back. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the whole place felt safe and well taken care of. I’ve stayed at Best Western properties six times this year, including the one in Troy, NY, and they’ve never let me down. This location continues that streak. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
