“At first I was put off by a self-check in system that takes your ID to verify, but after looking at other reviews my mind was put at ease.
PROS: Location, decor, quiet, free breakfast (we noticed pastries and bread were available throughout the day as well), easy check in (there is a clearly marked sign out front that we missed, but that was user error. When we walked up to the door we could get on the hotel's free WiFi and checked my email for code access.
Not a con but just an FYI: It's on……
“When I got into town, my access to the building via text did not work. I called the company and they helped me get in. It was great communication all through my stay. I would love to stay there again.”

Receptionist was excellent even we encountered booking problem (we booked two rooms but record only shown one, receptionist was helpful to correct after understood the situation. room is above average (we did stay in another ibis hotel days before but this ibis was better in all aspect.”

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. Our friend's twin-bed room did not have any A/C! That……
