“Loved your beautiful cabin! Thank you for your great communication too. The cabin was a challenge to get to especially after the rainstorm, but the view and accommodations were amazing. One suggestion would be to add Wi-Fi as it was impossible to communicate with other friends in the area.”

“This home and property are beautiful—so peaceful and private. Beds were comfortable, the furniture was so nice and the kitchen met all of our needs. Everything we needed was at hand. We enjoyed the screened porch so much. We felt very pampered! Our group of sisters and friends gets together every year in Berkeley Springs and this home was absolutely the nicest place we have stayed. George was very accessible if we needed him. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay in late March. The grounds are wooded and we felt very much surrounded by nature. Do pay attention to the property description: there is no AC and no WiFi. Since the weather was cool we were fine with the provided fans. In full summer, it might be too hot. Also, the tennis courts for the neighborhood are in very poor condition and practically unplayable.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. Everything we needed was there to cook all our meals including nice grill on deck. Soaps and shampoos in showers also very nice. Was very nice to come back to air-conditioned home after walking through mountains in 90 degre heat and rain. Wecwill hope to be back next August again. ”

“The house was beautiful. There is no turn around in the driveway but it did fit 4 cars. We had to back out but it was not difficult at all. The bedroom in the loft has a door. There are two "windows" that overlook the living room but does not have glass. You could not see in the room from the living room. I would not report this as a negative. We had 5 couples (5 sisters with spouses) and the house was perfect. There was plenty of seating in the living room and also downstairs in the game room....

“Rented this adorable cabin for the 8 of us (2 families) for 5 days and we loved every minute of it! very comfy beds, and cozy cabin decor. Very private cabin and felt like we were deep in the woods, yet w/ a beautiful river just down the steps and across the wooded lawn! We tubed and swam and tried river fishing! We explored the lovely town of Berkley Springs and took a ghost tour, shopped, and ate our way through town ;-). We walked/hiked Paw Paw tunnel area. We cooked dinners in the...

“My family needed a well-deserved getaway, and this is the perfect location. We caught up with family living in the area. This house was designed for entertaining. Booked the next week we wanted to come but planning on returning soon for at least a weekend. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.”

“The layout was fantastic and it was pretty secluded and quiet. The roads are tricky so just go low and slow, take your time and enjoy the beautiful woods. Just be careful around the hot tub, it can be slippery. But the tub and surroundings were great.”
