Room clean. Staff was friendly. However, elevator not working during stay was a downside and it was hard to take a HOT shower. At best the water was lukewarm. Poor cell reception could only use phone on WiFi but that even would drop calls. Unfortunately, if I have a choice on hotel stay next time I’m in town it wont be to stay here.

I truly enjoyed my stay at D. Suites & Spa despite how it started off-- the elevator is broken and not enough staff to help as was promised in a text. That was hard. I was also disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in my room or a dresser. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, but the bacon was delicious. Aside from these cons, the hotel staff was very accommodating when I needed to hire my own massage therapist to come on site, as they had no appointments available at the spa. They generously allowed us to use a room on the 1st floor to make up for the elevator situation. This was by far the most hospitable and generous response to our situation. It made up for the cons 1000%. The room was ready when I arrived, clean and spacious, with an amazing fireplace. It was relaxing and I was ecstatic when I was able to actually schedule facials at their spa. The aesthetician did an outstanding job and made the whole experience so enjoyable and refreshing. I'm planning to return, but will schedule services ahead of time. And I'll hope and pray the elevator is working. Thank you to Noah!!! He hooked us up so nicely. I'm beyond grateful.

I’ll start with positives. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we liked that they changed the selection each day. The negatives, about an hour before we arrived with my elderly mother I received a text message informing me the only elevator was not working that day and would be fixed by the next day. We stayed three nights and it was still broken when we left. We had to climb four flights of stairs to get to and from our room. Things break, but we found out from staff that it had been broken for several days prior to our arrival and to not be told until the last minute leaving us no time to make other arrangements was upsetting. The stairs were very challenging for us and many others. On arrival there was a “bellhop” to assist with our bags. The “bellhop” was a small young child. He was very helpful but they needed to have grown adults carrying people’s heavy bags. There was no bellhop present at any other time during our stay. We called the front desk for assistance when we checked out and someone did assist us but we knew he wasn’t happy to be carrying our bags. Our refrigerator was also broken. We had planned to keep food in the room and when we let the front desk know we were told they couldn’t do anything to fix or replace it until we left. The front desk clerk that was there late afternoon/evenings was rude and condescending and made us feel uncomfortable any time we spoke to him. He had a terrible attitude.

This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!

Housekeeping was hit or miss, one day they changed out towels, did not make the bed. Another day they did both. Unsure. Room was sandy so no sweeping done. Both the heater and the fireplace were incredibly loud, the heater making ticking noises that kept waking me up. Overall, the stay was fine. Would maybe stay here again but wouldn't pay to upgrade to fireplace room. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. Gym did not have sanitizing spray from what I saw.

Breakfast was in a tight area but was fairly good. The staff was really helpful, but no one shows up until 9AM at the front desk, so that was awkward sometimes. Overall however this hotel is really nice. I would have no qualms staying there again; in fact, I would choose it.

Not as pictured. Had to ask for another room. Stains on the tiny, vinyl like, sofa and really uncomfortably decorated. Bed was clean enough to sleep in and seemed on the newer side. Seems like they are slowly renovating and maybe we got an old room? Bathroom was really old and overall, the room was sparse and worn down. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was sub par. Will not stay there again

I personally loved everything about the hotel. You walked in and it was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very informative. The room was very clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi was fast and there was no buffering. The breakfast was really nice and yummy. There were free, orange juice and 24 hour hot chocolate and coffee which I liked. The hot tub was amazing on my joints and in the hot tub. There was a view of the window that faced the sun so you can see the sunset from inside. The TV channels were nice there is Family Guy or South Park or Futurama to watch if you’re bored. I kinda hoped that there was YouTube on the TV but that’s OK. There is a stove top and a sink and a fridge for you to use which I thought was really neat. And it came with plates and silverware and glasses that you could use and wash which I thought was so nice. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was controlled by the wall thermostat and for some reason it would not cool down the setting would either only allow to turn it on or off or heat. There was no cooling option except for a fan. There was no fan in the bathroom, but that’s OK.
