The hotel was clean and very quiet. It is in an excellent location in downtown Springfield. Parking (extra charge) was very convenient, once we figured out the ins and outs of it. That was a little confusing at first. We would stay at this hotel again.

Depite, being located downtown in a small city the area was pretty clean and the area was safe to walk around at night.

The room was really nice and comfortable. loved going here. the only issue i had was finding an ice machine that worked but other than that the place was really nice.

Fancy yet noisy

The hotel is very nice. Food is good. Service is good. Just noisy area, day and night.

It was nice. I wish the pool was more heated and the jacuzzi was available. Everything was clean.

Excellent location. Convenient for everything. Comfortable. Quiet. Clean. All the furniture and decor in the room was outdated. Furniture and cabinets were scuffed up and barely operational. Wallpaper was beginning to curl and buckle.
