HIGH TIDE - 2 Beds / 1.5 Baths - Pet Friendly

High Tide beacons people who love the beach. It is the upstairs unit of a duplex. You can enjoy the breeze on your exclusive ocean view decks of High Tide with sunrise or sunset skies while you sip a beverage and contemplate the good life.

Pets are always welcome at the beach home of animal rescue and pet lovers Rich and Lynda Weaver. Rich is retired from the military and after 28 years and 17 moves they are enjoying Florida life. They and their two cats, Max and Magirk, live in St Augustine.

The duplex beach house is in the very heart of St Augustine Beach, on the beach side of the highway A1A, literally steps to the water. They want their beach house to be your beach house and St Augustine Beach to be your beach. Everything you need to be at home away from home has been considered. A kitchen you can cook in if you want to, luxury linens, beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella’s and a beach cart, a grill, large screen smart tv, wifi of course, DVD player, hot/cold outdoor shower with foot rinse, good parking and that all important short walk to the sand of St Augustine Beach.
You can easily walk to restaurants, groceries are nearby as well as all the entertainment opportunities that have made St Augustine a famous tourist destination. The pier, with its Wednesday market, is 2 blocks. High Tide can be reserved with Low Tide making a vacation destination for 10.

Great family stay at St Augustine

Comfortable and in a great location

High Tide is a lovely, comfortable place, very close to the beach and restaurants, and in easy driving distance to St. Augustine, the Anastasia Island Public Library, and many, many wonderful parks. The property manager, Morgan, is extremely good at his job - friendly and helpful, and he responds quickly to any problems or concerns.

Wonderful location

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was clean, inviting and comfortable. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and Old Town can’t be beat.

Great Time

Had a great time! Location was wonderful! Morgan was so helpful and super nice. The beach project with the city expanding it made for a little longer than a minute walk to the water but still wasn’t bad.

Amazing place!

We have been coming to the area for a long time and this is one of the most convenient and nicest place to stay. Loved the extra touches from the owners. We always brings so much beach stuff with us and you really don’t have to bring a thing. Definitely will be back.

From Fort Myers to Saint Augustine

Great place! Very roomy for the three of us. Very walkable to restaurants and two houses from beautiful beach. Very well stocked with everything you'd need for your vacation. Washer and dryer was great to have since it meant less clothes to pack! Wonderful outdoor sitting too for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our first experience with Vrbo and this was a great experience for us.

Great vacation getaway

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and clean and indeed, a 1-minute walk to the beach. It was a really nice to start to the trip to have the property manager meet us in person and walk us through the home and provide some insight into the St. Augustine area - that personal touch goes a long way. The views from the two outdoor seating areas are great and a good way to relax after a day of exploring or spent at the beach. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit St. Augustine.

Great Host/Great Home/Great Location

Short weekend stay for our 1year old’s first birthday. We brought the dog as well. Home is very nice with, any amenity you might think to need. A short walk to the beach down an almost untraveled street. We look forward to coming back when we have a longer break!

Perfect beach house

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything about it is perfect. To your left you’re a minute walk to the beach, to your right you’re a minute walk to restaurants . The beach is absolutely beautiful , the people are so friendly, and the house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Full kitchen with every appliance you can think of including an air fryer . I brought my two dogs with me and they had a water and food bowl out ready for them. The outside patio/balcony has a gate which is perfect so the dogs can’t get out. The owners are soSweet and friendly we absolutely loved them . The unit included beach chairs , umbrellas and beach towels . Definitely worth every penny and we can’t wait to go back !

This is the second time we’ve stayed at high tide/low tide. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. Morgan is kind, responsive, and helpful from the booking process through check in and check out. The properties are clean and well stocked. The units are beautifully decorated. It is quite clear how Rich and Lynda care about the property. We hope to return soon!

Great beach house

Our second time at High Tide, and it's even better. Owners are continually updating the house and appliances. It's a comfortable, well-equipped house, great location steps from the sand, yet close to downtown St. Augustine. And Morgan, the house manager is a treasure - excellent communication and service. High Tide Review.

Great location. Well maintained. Access to beach is a block away. Will be closer when beach access is restored off of 15th St. Some noise from parking lot next door but box fan solves that problem.

Morgan is always so pleasant, helpful and laid back.

We rented both High Tide and Low Tide for our family and were not disappointed. Both units were clean and you just can't beat the proximity to the beach. Weather also was exceptional. This is our second time in St. Augustine and using property manager, Morgan. He just makes everything even better.

We absolutely loved this place. We did get a surprise visit by my daughter visiting her mom for her birthday. The beds were extremely comfortable but the sleeper in the living room, not so much. We would love to return sooner than later 😊

Summertime Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the High Tide on St. Augustine Beach. Everything went perfect with no issues. I enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine while my wife worked on writing her book. Our dogs seemed to enjoy their time on the beach with us. I also rented an e-bike and spent time riding on the beach and took a ride into town. We walked across the street to the Sunset Grill and the food was amazing , highly recommend! In the mornings, the donut shop next door was awesome also. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back.

We found our vacation paradise

Our vacation at High Tide was just wonderful! The condo was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, and we loved the artistic flare. Knowing it was an anniversary trip, Rich and Lynda left a lovely card and a bottle of champagne to greet us. Morgan, the manager, helped us settle in and was responsive and informative about the area, the beach, and the accommodations. The beach is steps away, and one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. High Tide is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We ate like kings. There aren’t enough stars to rate this gem. We can’t wait to come back next year.
