“Directions were inadequacy. Need more detailed instructions and its difficult to find on Google maps. Even the taxi service could not find the place.You should consider stocking real coffee, real milk and cream. For the price we paid to stay with you, real coffee needs to be included. It's an art to make people feel welcome and want to return or at least recommend your apt. so please think more about this. Directions for using the appliances are necessary....we had difficulty getting the stove……

“All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!”
