Only 8 houses to the beach, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 10 with sofa bed, fenced shaded backyard with swing set, gas grill, picnic table, nice living room big screen tv, large dining table, full kitchen, game room with ping pong table, sun room with small tv with Roku, master bedroom with TV and kingsize bed, guest bedroom with smart TV and kingsize bed, kid bedroom with small tv and kids videos bunk bed and twin bed. Great home close to the beach.
We had 7 people in our group and the home was excellent for a group of our size. The kids loved the ping pong table and now want one of their own. The home was clean and in a nice area. The beach is walkable from the home but we chose to park closer. It was Memorial Day weekend and the lots were full around 9 am so you have to get there early on holiday weekends! The only complaint was a personal preference that some of the beds were more firm than preferred. Otherwise it was a perfect weekend and we’d stay again!

Spring Break Visit
The property had everything you would need both in the house to feel comfortable and outdoors to enjoy the big backyard or the beach which is a short walk. We had a wonderful time and it was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our time in Florida.

Beach weekend
Spent a few days at the end of our vacation playing on the beach. Lovely, quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach with our 4 kids ages 6-12. Beautiful sandy beach great for shell collecting with calm waves. Enjoyed all the “extras”-beach gear/wagon, ping pong, games. Kitchen was well equipped, but fridge and stove needed a bit of clean before using. Easy to get ahold of Liz despite her being on vacation and she left alternate contacts. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Wonderful, spacious
Great place to stay, homey and cute! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is there for a fun day at the beach or lots to do if you stay in. Close to lots of things, restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house
Had a minor issue at check in but Liz handled it fairly and efficiently. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed and more. Would gladly rent again and recommend to others.
