"Our family loves to pick an area and explore. This year we chose the Northwoods of WI. In looking for a place to stay, we came across this unique listing and decided to treat ourselves. Once we got past the open concept restrooms; we enjoyed the relaxing nature, fun amenities like record player, the unchimney, comfy beds, beautiful rooftop views, turtle sightings and sauna. The hosts were wonderful with local suggestions and making sure we had everything we needed."

"This was an annual fishing trip with the guys. We have been going on an annual trip since 1989 (started with camping, graduated to cabins). This was one of the best places we stayed. We had seven adult males, and there was just enough room for all of us (although I am not sure how much longer we can utilize the bunk beds). The place was very clean and it had everything we needed for a good time to be had by all. We did catch fish and utilized the fish cleaning house. The dock was large enough for our boats and the public launch was not that far away or hard to find. The house had plenty of storage spaces. The walkout basement was nice and the deck with a view was awesome. We were lucky to have found this place and be able to book!"

"Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies."
