Pongo 4 estrellas porque una noche anterior a mi llegada hubo tormenta y por ende la alberca estaba sucia, tardó todo un día en filtrarse el agua y no la pude aprovechar al 100, pero en general es un muy buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse. Habitación, instalaciones y servicio excelente.

El personal fue sumamente amable desde nuestra llegado el día viernes, al igual que el sábado en la mañana durante el servicio de spa y el desayuno. El personal de recepción nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi para llegar de manera rápida y segura al centro de Tepoztlán viernes por la noche, ya que las calles están algo empinadas y preferimos no caminar. Durante el viernes en la noche no pudimos utilizar el agua caliente, sin embargo el sábado ya no tuvimos ese problema. Todo lo demás fue excelente

Hubo un incidente con los columpios que tienen dentro de las habitaciones. Mi hija de 7 años se sentó a leer un libro y a los pocos minutos la cadena que lo sostenía del techo le cayó sobre la cabeza y espalda y mi nena terminó en el suelo. De inmediato lo reporté y lo Arreglaron pero me pareció muy peligroso. Todo lo demás muy bien. La atención del personal sumamente amables y respetuosos. Lo único que sugeriría sería que el agua de la alberca estuviera templada, creo que por el precio de las habitaciones sería lo Justo

Es un lugar tranquilo, sin ruido, y eso es agradable. Pero esto es debido a que esta algo lejos de la avenida principal, además no hay nada cerca (ni una tienda), forzosamente tendrías que ir en coche, sobretodo en la noche porque está muy oscuro. En el hotel tienen servicio de alimentos, pero son pocas opciones y me pareció caro.

El lugar es cómodo, agradable. Lo malo es que si quieres algo de comer/cenar no habrá suficiente comida, se les termina, aunque quieras un café a medio día puede que no haya… También verifiquen en cuanto lleguen que les den la habitación por la que pagaron, en nuestro caso no fue así; pagué por una cama “queen” y me dieron una “matrimonial”. Son amables y el lugar es lindo pero no dan ganas de regresar cuando pasan estas cosas.
