"We arrived on a snowy night, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. When we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations, she gave us a small note they had prepared in advance, which made it easy to find the places they suggested. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. In the morning, as we were checking out, they kindly helped us check whether any of the roads on our route were closed due to the snow. We really appreciated their help. If we visit the Grand Canyon again, we’ll definitely choose to stay here once more."
