“What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated……

“It’s so peaceful & relaxing the moment you walk into this cottage. Everything is as described and more. The patio has such a welcoming atmosphere & after our long hikes the private hot tub completed our days. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, as well. This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring beautiful Sedona!! A plus is our dog, Milo was also welcome here! Hope to……

“With the owner's (Gregory) permission, I rented this place for my dad who was working at Summit Healthcare for the week. My dad loved the property! It was clean, comfortable and had a very easy check-in process. I had reached out to Gregory in advance and he was very quick and friendly with a response. My dad really enjoyed his time here and would happily stay again! He only wished he had had time to stay longer and enjoy sitting outside. He said it's a beautiful and peaceful area!”

“Vanessa, the experience coordinator, was responsive and timely, offering solutions to any problems or questions quickly. She was very flexible with us, letting us check in and out of the place late. The place was mostly clean and easy to find! The listing was misleading, I fear. This "cabin" was not so much a cabin as a single-wide trailer in a trailer park. The hiking trails "nearby" were rocky and twisting, clearly intended for ATV or bike riding, which definitely did not meet our morning……

“Beautiful and serene! The property is absolutely beautiful and situated amongst the pine trees. It's super quiet there except for the occasion sound of a wild turkey! ❤️ The host is so nice and accommodating, and right on site to help with any needs. The furnishings are nice and the bed is super comfortable with nice linens. You can't beat this property if you want quiet and peaceful.”

“The place had everything available that we could possibly need. The whole place was clean, cabinets were well stocked. Each time contacting the owners got a rapid response. WELL worth the money. Should I need to go to Phoenix again, I/we will be staying here, Another good thing for me was that the location was 2 miles from the medical center where I needed to go for my care.”

“Kitchen was great everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, hot tub was amazing, games in garage were good. Having a deep clean, and maybe a little tlc would definitely be the only negative thing. Overall extremely happy with our stay. ”
