“Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience……

“With the owner's (Gregory) permission, I rented this place for my dad who was working at Summit Healthcare for the week. My dad loved the property! It was clean, comfortable and had a very easy check-in process. I had reached out to Gregory in advance and he was very quick and friendly with a response. My dad really enjoyed his time here and would happily stay again! He only wished he had had time to stay longer and enjoy sitting outside. He said it's a beautiful and peaceful area!”
