“The house itself was absolutely charming. Very clean, well appointed, EXTREMELY comfortable furnishings, and super cool art. The listing is accurate, this is an "up and coming" area on a VERY busy , noisy street. Heavy traffic, very loud engines, loud music. Even a neighbor (somewhere) played very loud lusic thursday night, in the wee hours. The back yard is not fenced and seems to be utilized by neighboring pets. The neighborhood isnt one that would be suitable for young children due to……

“This was such an amazing stay! It was clean, well stocked, and it felt so safe!! The bed was comfortable which was so important since we were there for the Charlotte Marathon! The host also went above and beyond making sure there was shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a play pen set up in the closet for our baby, and some touches in the bathroom that I hadn't seen in any other vrbos.The location was also great, only being away 15-20 min from all the spots we wanted to hit……
