“We chose Timber Ridge for its proximity to Alpine Valley Music Theater and it was mission accomplished. This is a great place for families with young kids. Everyone was having a blast.”

“We had a wonderful two days. We had our three young granddaughers with us. They loved all the pools and the Arcade. Location was great. We could walk to everything in downtown Lake Geneva. We had a room with the loft and two bathrooms. It gave us that little more room we needed. I love having a balcony. I get up early to have my morning drink. We all used it the rest of the day. We would definitely go back there. ”

“Great place! The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole place has a wilderness cabin feel to it. There is a gas station and a restaurant on either side of the hotel, which is really convenient. The whole place felt peaceful and safe. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
