“Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to……

“Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and……

“Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……
