“Beautiful cabin with a spacious living area and nice decor. Good lighting inside and out for security, and comfortable furniture. AsOther mentioned, there is road noise, but we visited when there were no leaves on the trees and that’s kind of the trade off you get when you want something convenient to Boone and App State. Other than a few wear and tear issues, I give it four stars because it lacked the conveniences and attention to detail that makes an experience excellent.For example- a sugar……

“Great, simple unit just a few minutes from downtown Boone. Interior was exactly as described and very clean. The hot tub was surprisingly clean and well maintained, and super hot. I’d love for the owners to clean up the entrance as that was an eyesore. Arriving to an entrance cluttered with garbage cans, a random hose thrown next to the door, and rusted-out lights was a bit nerve-racking until we went inside and saw how clean everything was. We will definitely come back to this one for……

“The property was very adequate for our large family group with lots of room for kids to play. Beds were comfortable and the big dining table was great for family meals. The house needs some maintenance upkeep. Sliding screen door was sitting on the outdoor table. The grill was unusable and the pull out couch was broken. The downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced. We did enjoy the cool weather of Beech Mountain and the fireworks were amazing.”

“We were looking for a pet friendly cabin in the middle of it all. This was perfect! It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the week.”

“The property is beautifully maintained, very mature trees and natural stones rocks and huge boulder landscaping. Was so impressed of the how the buildings and homes are built with nature colors and materials that match the landscape. Inside our unit was spacious for a 1 bedroom and moderately equipped for a pleasant stay. Gas grill with hood on the porch with an amazing views of mountain ranges and sunsets. Outdoor pool with an amazing facility to host parties, get togethers etc fully equipped……

“House was ok for a night after Tweetsie visit with granddaughter. It has limited comfortable seating two small chairs and a small loveseat. it seemed a little dusty, and there was some cobwebs like it been sitting vacant for a while.”
