“My son and I stayed at the Summit for a relaxing weekend. The communication with hosts was great, an easy to follow check-in and property guide was helpful. We arrived to find a beautiful home, clean and as described. We enjoyed the newly redesigned pool area. The temperature was perfect and we enjoyed the view of the mountain. The Summit was comfortable with the best linens and a power reclining sofa! Every detail of the home was given attention. I would highly recommend this property and the……

“This is an amazing property! The photos don’t do it justice! It is incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Everything about it is well thought out and so welcoming! We loved our stay!”

“We had a great weekend at this property visiting family in the area. The house is large with plenty of space to spread out. The communication with the host was excellent.”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”

“This was our second stay at one of the loft apartments. We love the short walk to the stores, restaurants, and entertainment. ”

“It was a great stay! The location is very convenient. We had a few small issues, but they were resolved quickly! Ashley came in person to help us out, and she was a pleasure. I do think the place could use new paint and flooring, and maybe a new washing machine. I was nervous to use the washing machine due to rust in it, I didn’t want to risk it getting on my clothes.”

“Loved my stay!”

“Very clean and peaceful. ”

“Easy walk to town and restaurants!”

“I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!”
