“Toilet was dirty and the front desk was embarrassed above it, I showed them pictures, also two light bulbs were out, not big deal, the exhaust on the bathroom did not work and the ceiling had wall paper peeled and showed big mold areas. I have photos of it.”

“Was in town for travel ball. Check in was easy, room was super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, check out was just as easy. So many restaurants are close by as well.”

“Upon trying to check in we were sent to room 222. when we arrived at room 222 our keys didn't work My wife returned to the desk and got a new set of keys, which also didn't work. Again< I stayed with the luggage as she returned for the THIRD time to get a set of keys that worked properly. While she was gone a gentleman opened the door and firmly stated the room was occupied. when confronted by both my wife and I that the room was occupied the desk clerk simply stated, "Oh, they must have rented……

“We booked this hotel as we were getting ready to move our daughter into the University and when we got to check in apparently they had overbooked several families and displaced all of us”

“The room was in terrible shape holes in the wall barely an water pressure not wash cloths, also roaches was running everywhere and the bed had bedbugs.. After making a reservation for the amount of $45 when I arrived I was informed of a no refund policy and was charged $55 instead of $45... Very disappointed and would not recommend staying here”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”
