“We only stayed here for one night due to our tightly packed itinerary, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly (I spoke my best German- which isn't great- and they were very kind when I couldn't fully understand their replies), and our room included a group pass to the waterfall, which you normally have to pay for when you arrive at the trailhead.
