"6 adults and an 8 month old gathered for my son's 30th birthday and we had a blast.As a family, we love to cook and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property. Lots of space if people wanted quiet time and fabulous communal areas.Whilst the pool is not big, it was perfect for our needs- the 8 month old loved splashing in his 'floatie'. Quick responses from Mark-a broken sun umbrella was replaced within an hour of reporting it.Although it did not detract from our enjoyment, the shower shared by 2 of the bedrooms was poor- so the occupants used the master bedroom shower, which was great. Also, for a house that sleeps up to 10, there was only the dinning table that had sufficient chairs for the 6 of us to eat together. The outside table had 5 chairs, the outdoor bar had 4 stools and the high table in the games room could only seat 4.However, a wonderful house that we will definitely stay in again (daughter-in-law is from Phoenix and so visits are likely to be regular)."
"My family (13 of us) gathered here for a weeklong vacation and it was perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and patios were exactly as pictured. There are lots of games and everything is in working order. Conveniently located near some beautiful hiking trails. Grocery store not too far away. One surprise was the totally empty pantry - a total lack of all spices or oil (not even salt and pepper), which differs from my typical experience with rental homes, but doesn’t impact my rating because it’s still 100% as-advertised. The property management is excellent — they were very responsive when we realized the pool heaters were heating the whole pool to hot tub temps, and they figured out a fix. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed for a high school graduation. House was comfortable. There are a lot of steps inside the home (ie level changes between living and dining area, etc) which I couldn’t tell from the listing photos. Backyard was a lot of fun. Overall a comfortable stay and a good place for family to gather. "

"This was the perfect house for a family to relax and have fun while just hanging out. Relax and float in the pool by day, then parents vs kids at pickleball and the pool table at night.Surrounded by awesome trails within a few miles to take in the beautiful desert landscapes and majestic Saguaro cacti. Take the time to walk the few miles from Pima Dynamite Trailhead to see the rare Crested Saguaro.Location is very quiet, it was a good 15 minutes to get to the grocery store but not a big deal when you see the stars at night.Plenty of room and everything you needed was available. Highly recommend this property.Thank you Lee for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Very large beautiful home spacious enough for a family of 12. We utilized the main house and the casita. Home was clean and we appreciated the large kitchen for all the cooking we did. The pool was great although the water falls didn’t work but that didn’t stop our pool enjoyment. Beautiful roof top views!!"

"We just wrapped up an amazing 5 day stay at the Scottsdale Villa. The property is as advertised and more. The landscaping around the home gives you great privacy while giving you a scenic view at the same time. The home is spacious and well appointed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and then some. We spent most of our days out on the back patio and in the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The amount of wild life you could see out in the back yard was incredible - lizards, dozens of different types of birds, jackrabbits, ground squirrels and bats in the evening. We even saw a bobcat crossing the road on our way home from dinner one night! We finished our evenings in the game room watching movies and shooting pool/darts/shuffle board. The location is amazing with any amenity you can think of with in a 10 minute drive. The hosts were great to work with. They even gave us some great dining recommendations (Raven's burgers are amazing!) We all enjoyed the home and will definitely be staying here next time we return. "
