Crowne Plaza Hotel Greenville-I-385-Roper Mtn Rd by IHG
My biggest complaint is the pool. It was advertised as heated/indoor. I called the hotel to confirm my self and was told it was heated. It was ice cold. It was honestly the only reason we stayed at this hotel. My kids were very disappointed.

Yes the room were clean and everything was great to include the staff as they were very accommodating. The property was nice as well and everything was awesome. I have stayed here before and was happy I was able to do so again
