“Upon entering Excellence Punta Cana, we were greeted by a receptionist that provide us a cold towel, while taking our bags, and directing us to the front desk. The view of the the ocean was visible, at this point, and it was incredible! After checking in with the hotel receptionist, we were immediately upgraded from a garden view location to a private pool location view, at no additional charge. “I really enjoyed my stay. It was extremely comfortable. There were only a few hiccups. Diego and Yukiery were very accommodating at the front desk but I was given paper to sign that was in Spanish. I had to ask for the manager before getting it in English. I wasn't given a welcome drink when I checked in on Monday, but when I checked out on Thursday, guest were given welcome drinks. I was greeted with a cool towel which was nice. My room and the property were very clean and I loved having a hot……
