“I genuinely enjoyed my time at the Faranda 1 hotel. My hotel room was very clean as well as the property in general. The on-site restaurant and bar was a plus as well. The restaurant staff and bartender were consistently friendly and professional. Even though I don't speak Spanish, the staff members did their best to communicate with me and provide great service. “It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there. At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV……
