"The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. "Great location, good internet. Flat appears old and neglected. Needs a lot of tlc. On arrival, in the afternoon, had to drive 2 miles across town to collect keys from a coded key safe outside the agents office. No guidance on the security system and how to access garage or flat. Outside only one useable sun bed and 2 plastic chairs. The other sunbed looked unsafe, was filthy and had a dirty and stained mattress. The one other plastic chair was ingrained with dirt and paint. "Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi. Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would...

"The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need, I would say it is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. It was very clean and well presented the balcony was amazing with fantastic views. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to shops and restaurants. We hired bikes for the week which I would recommend as it was a great way to get around, the cycle Lane runs around 15k along the coast. "After a few difficult years it was a much needed holiday which lived up to all expectations. Apartment was very clean,very comfortable,a well equipped kitchen including hoover,cleaning products and sprays(polish mosquitos etc) . bedding and towels were plentiful. Both balconies equipped with outdoor furniture AND cushions. Jaqueline and Jose were excellent hosts and the welcome pack,inc wine, was much appreciated after our long drive. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone."

"Fuimos en Semana Santa y aunque no nos hizo muy bueno el apartamento esta situado al lado de la playa y está genial, no le falta de nada, las camas son comodisimas, tiene una terraza en la que se puede comer perfectamente aunque en nuestro caso no pudimos usarla por el tiempo. "Great Apt, clean, beautiful view over the golf course and mountains/sea beyond, very quiet so slept unusually well (it was late April and quiet in the resort), indoor pool to ourselves & lovely swim, super 3 course meal (3 choices for each course) & fab breakfast buffet plus lovely staff. Never felt so relaxed in a hotel, but maybe got lucky with it being a quiet month. "

"Beautiful house for anyone wanting peace and quiet, however house is empty most of the year and owners live abroad so nobody had checked all in order and 2 showers leaked and 1 air-condition unit not working, caretaker did what he could, owners didn’t contact us to check, also no instructions for appliances so for example we had to guess how dishwasher worked and small things were missing like a kettle"
