"This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all so helpful and nice. Food at the hotel was great and there are so many options of great local restaurants all within walking distance. You can literally walk out the doors and your in the downtown mall area. My only complaint which is not the hotels fault but there seemed to be a lot of homeless people in the downtown mall area but they didn’t bother anyone at all so it wasn’t a huge deal. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch, really enjoyed relaxing in there. Oh and the Bar inside the hotel has great drinks. This is the only place I’ll be staying when I visit Charlottesville. "

"We got upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful. The only thing is that the shower head/unit was slightly coming out of the wall. It should be an easy fix. I just thought you should know!"

I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. The concierge, Joseph, was so genuinely kind and made sure that my daughter made it to graduation in style. We just absolutely loved everything about our stay and I can’t wait to spend another staycation at the beautiful property."
