"While the front desk staff was not rude, she was not friendly and made no eye contact. The messages she sent checking on our welfare did not seem sincere. I know the carpet is hard to keep clean on the beachfront, so perhaps for this level of accommodations, hotels should consider tile floors. The carpet looked very dirty and seemed unsafe."

"The hotel is nice clean The staff is very nice. Easy access to the beach. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with is you have to pay to park even though you are a resident at the hotel. Also, there's not many choices of restaurants in the area unless you have a car. Everything has to be accessed with the car or take public transportation"

"The only complaint I have is the pool wasn't open. However if I had been informed of this when i called to verify, this would have been a deal breaker for me. I called on April 30th and a guy at the front desk, stated " yes we do have a pool and it opens on May 1st." Then when I check in with the kids, the pool is still not open. I had time to cancel my reservation without penalty, if I was given the correct information. I have younger kids that were very disappointed because of this. I would...
