“Amazing and quiet stay 35 minutes away from the south entrance of Yosemite and Sierra National Park. Loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. Perfect.”

“Overall a very nice place. The atmosphere was very peaceful and homey. My recommendations would be more towels provided. There was a set of two per person, which, if you set aside one set for after the hot tub use, you are down to one, which after daily hikes outside, is not the best for a stay greater than 3 days. My other thought was for better signage to find the unit. It is a sharp right and down hill from the primary residence, which can be hard to see from the driveway leading in.……

“Stayed two days at the property. Was clean organized and beautiful. I liked how everything was decorated with bear theme. Something to note: There is ac and fans at the property but no heating (but also we did not need it as it was summer)”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Squirrel! It was our home away from home while we explored Oakhurst and the nearby towns, ran the Yosemite Half Marathon (my incredible partner's first half!), and hiked the beautiful waterfalls at Yosemite National Park. The home is peaceful and quiet, great location in town (but still feels secluded), and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants a perfect basecamp for adventuring Bass Lake, Yosemite, and the other wonderful places nearby. ”

“This place was amazing and the host went above and beyond. The space comfortably fit 9 people and there was plenty of sleeping space, beds, and couches to accommodate our party. The place has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. There is a lovely patio area. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Overall, it was a great stay and we were able to go to Yosemite no problem. It took about 40 min to get to the South entrance and 30 more minutes after that to get to the valley foor.……
