We were so excited to see a mama bear and her 3 baby cubs one evening. “I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
