“Great house about 45 minutes to Tech. Hotel rooms were so expensive fior homecoming weekend. We were so glad to stay here because we could all be together and fix a nice dinner after the game. We used the grill on the deck which was a really nice outdoor space. We would definitely stay again. The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. Be very cautious arriving after dark because the roads are like corkscrews. Thank you for your hospitality. ”

“Our stay at the remote cabin was enjoyable and comfortable. The amenities furnished helped make our stay relaxing. There was nothing lacking. We woke to a chilly 38 degrees outside but the cabin was warm. Pat is a fine host! Glad we had a truck to cross the small stream on our way up to the cabin.”

“This was the perfect cottage for my girls getaway with my mother and sister. The house was clean and spacious, and the property was beautiful. We loved seeing the cows grazing nearby. It was an easy drive into Floyd and a great base for exploring the area. Next time, we’ll stay longer.”

“It was nice and quiet, tipi was a great experience, only draw back was tha, it was too close to the road. However, it was a quiet road. The out door shower was amazing after a long hike. There was plenty of fire wood available, for the cold nights. ”

“The little house is just cute. There is an upstairs too with twin beds. It is quiet and relaxing. There was no noise and that was a little testing at times cause I am used to noise of some kind but all in all, it was very nice.”
