More Than I Expected
The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!

Fabulous Floyd stay
We were thrilled with this place. Large, beautifully kept, and close walk to downtown Floyd. Owner even left a bottle of wine in the kitchen and mints by the beds as a lovely touch. All six of us were so pleasantly surprised by how fantastic this place was -- and highly recommend it to anyone going to Floyd!!

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay in Floyd! Our whole family stayed this weekend!! Plenty of room for everyone!! Everything you could ever need or think of!! Such a memorable weekend for my family and so appreciative of this beautiful place!! Very clean, spacious, and easily accessible (a short walk) to downtown Floyd! We had a wonderful stay …. a fun time was had by all!! We definitely will be back to stay here every time we visit Floyd!! 🙏🥰❤️

Large, clean, centrally located apartment with all amenities. Very comfortable in all aspects. It is a ground floor unit which is great for access but if you happen to have active upstairs neighbors you will hear the activity. I would stay here again!

Great property with plenty of room. The beds were super comfy. The coffee and bottle of wine was a nice touch. Only negative we have is we wish there was some kind of bar in the shower as it was super slippery.

Perfect Solo Lady Traveller Location!
What a perfect spot! I was really nervous to travel completely alone for the first time, and this little nest was just what I needed to feel safe and cozy. It's just downhill from the main street in Floyd which is perfect for folks like me who like to wander around on foot. Also walking distance from the grocery store. I cooked breakfast for myself and the kitchen had everything I needed! (Spices, oil, pots and pans, etc) The best part though? (As a working mom of two) The bed!! I could have slept for days. Seriously the most comfy bed I think I've ever slept in. The host is so helpful and sweet, and will respect your privacy too. (Something I can't say for all hosts) After a horrible experience with another place a few years ago, this experience has been a complete 180. 10/10 would recommend!

Fox Street Apartment Review.
The 2-bedroom apartment with living room, dining, kitchen and bath was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all your needs. It had a dishwasher, washer and dryer and TV was loaded with huge selections. The only thing I would recommend is changing the two twins beds to a bigger bed maybe a full and twin. They were a little small for us big folks but ideal for kids. Overall, we loved the place but don't judge a place by it's cover because the inside was very inviting. We thank the owners for their hospitality.

We had a delightful stay at the condo. The Host knows how to do this right. The condo was as advertised and much bigger than anticipated. It had everything plus more we needed for our visit. Downtown Floyd was in easy walking distance making it very convenient. Also a grocery store within a block made it a great location!

Very nice. Family comments - difficult to take shower without getting hair wet at 5’4” (perhaps offer shower caps). Didn’t find one TV controller until 2nd day, was under the couch. Room directory could be updated, didn't match some things in apt, ie location of thermostat. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

"Court House" is perfectly located in Floyd, just a short walking distance to town, groceries and more. The house was clean and comfortable. It had many welcoming touches as well as plenty of thick bath towels, a nicely stocked kitchen and a comfortable desk in the second bedroom that made it easy to work. Communication was not perfect. I was not told of some instructions, so I missed some cues. The listing also said that the unit is left vacant for 2 days between guests because of Covid. When I arrived and asked to confirm that policy, I was told they had back-to-back guests and had not done that since the start of the pandemic. That might not matter to some. It might to others with vulnerabilities. The place itself is great. I would just say: communicate carefully in advance.

Attention to detail.
The booking process was seamless. The place was immaculate with great attention to detail. The town was sweet and charming. We needed special accommodations made regarding a hospital bed, and the owner was extremely gracious. The bottom floor was also ground level for easy entry for a wheelchair. We give this location the highest recommendation!
