“Everything was great with newer appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods,nice fenced in rear yard with table and chairs and a real clean gas grill, 3 regular size bedrooms and a large on with comfortable bedding,we will be back soon!”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cute and clean. We enjoyed use of the houses amenities such as the fire pit, pool table and propane grill. We found the kitchen to be well stocked for our cooking needs. Only two small complaints. The pillows on our bed were way too thick and stiff for our comfort. And the hot water wasn’t working. We didn’t tell the owner about it till after we left as we didn’t realize it was a house wide problem until into the second night of our stay.……

“Very nice, comfortable set up for a small group or family. It was close to everything that we needed & wanted …including the city beach. Lots of water toys were available if you want to haul them out. We decided to rent for the kayak & tubing events, just easier. The communication with the host was quick & helpful. I highly recommend. ”

“This is our second year with my grandchildren - 10, 6 & 12. The layout of the house is perfect for adults and children with a large dog. The fenced in back yard is great for Odie and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice walk to antique shops. Publix, Swampy's and The Blue Run is 5 minutes away. KP Hole and the beautiful Rainbow Springs are 10 minutes. Ginnie Springs a short 50 minutes and Weekie Wachie is 45 minutes. Perfect location! We'll be back in 2026 for another run of the……
