“Great host, clean, comfortable beds. Furnished games were a hit !!! Will stay again if in the area. ”

“The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. ”

“Excellent location. Plenty of close parking. Spacious layout. Comfy King bed. Fresh clean smelling sheets and towels. Walk to restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars, etc downtown. There were two couches that could fold out. And a daybed. A/C worked like a charm- it’s August in Texas so it’s HOT outside. Great ceiling fans and lighting throughout the space. ”

“Property very clean and well maintained. Great location related to Kenney Store. Bed and linens very comfortable, the sheets were so soft! The train does pass by throughout the night and the tables and counters stay decorated, but we would stay there again.”

“This was the most amazing and absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and the host Christa was PERFECT!! So responsive and attentive to our needs!! We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! ”

“This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! ”
