Queens Hotel- a cozy studio cottage in the country

The Queens Hotel is a cozy studio cottage with a loft nestled in the countryside minutes from Round Top. Perfect farmland setting to relax and unwind on the private porch while watching the sunset enjoying a glass of wine.

Amenities include a queen bed (loft with access via stairs) and a twin pull out sleeper sofa. Bathroom with full-size shower, toilette, and sink. A small kitchen provides a stove, refrigerator, and microwave for creating meals of your choice (we will provide the cookware.) The porch has a high top table and seating as well as a gas grill for cooking. Enjoy catch and release fishing in the small pond (we do not provide equipment) or a night around the fire pit (as long as no burn ban is in place.)

Forget time, for a time.
Like peace for a while? The Queens hotel is the place to give you peace. It’s at the end of a road….behind a locked gate. Sit outside beside a fire, overlooking a clear lake. Cozy *little house* keeps you comfortable. Just far enough from Round Top to insulate you from the town activities but close enough for you to join quickly.

Great spot in Texas countryside!
If you are an outdoor lover and appreciate ranch living, you'll love the location at the Double K! Beautiful countryside views on a working ranch, amazing views of the sky at night, and convenient to the top-drawer restaurants of Round Top.

Another Great Stay
This is the second time we decided to book at this location. Its beautiful location in the farm with its own small lake cows and horses makes the experience more pleasurable and relaxing. This location is by far one of the best and most beautiful i stayed at. The property is clean and quiet. Its amenities more than adequate. And the hosts are extremely acomodationg friendly and efficient. I will be back for sure. It has been a very pleasurable experience just like the last time we stayed. Thank You! Regards Charles

The Queen’s Hotel was perfect for two ladies on a 3 night getaway from city life. Having coffee in the morning with the cows and deer was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, just a few miles from round top center and warrenton for all the antique shopping. We will definitely come back and stay here!

Incredible beautiful location Amazing Place
This cute small but very cozy place is located in an AMAZING beautiful farm. It's surrounded by beautiful trees, green pastures and a beautiful pond with a nice pier. Cows and horses are grazing the pastures. There were absolutely no flies nor mosquitoes. A very quiet location and an amazing host who immediately responded to questions etc. Great shower and toilet. Hot water and very good size fridge with large freezer. Full-size stove with oven and 4 elements. Best VRBO we have ever visited. I would without second thoughts visit this place again. It's very romantic, quiet and BEAUTIFUL!!! Forgot to mention this place has a mini split that does an excellent job in heating or cooling the property.

I was looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay as an out-of-town guest just passing through. The property was stunning, and the Queens cottage had just enough for one person. I felt right at home, and the hosts were very accommodating. I could’ve stayed longer to linger around property. Hopefully I will be back soon!

Cute, cozy, beautiful, and relaxing!! The owners thought of everything from kitchen & bathroom supplies, to fishing gear & bug spray! The fire pit was stocked with wood, the propane bbq pit was clean and ready to use, the cows were friendly, the sunsets were gorgeous, I could go on and on. I’ll definitely be back - highly recommended!!

This guest house is a small little loft with a cute kitchen and all the amenities needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. We cooked together and ate out on the lawn and enjoyed the stars. It was nice to get away from our regular lives and sit out by the lovely pond. All contact with the property owner was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend!

I have to say this was a very great choice to select queens hotel. We loved it! The decorations inside were so neat, the area was very prepped for guests. The view of the lake was relaxIng. We really enjoyed our time. The only thing to be prepared for is there are other at the property, we weren’t sure we’re guests or lived there. So that was the only thing we didn’t expect but no one bothered at all.

Took a sister's birthday trip! This place had everything we needed. Loved the decorations! Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a cozy cute place near Rock Top. The stairs to loft are kind of steep but we managed to make it work. The property had a beautiful pond, livestock and very peaceful. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
