“Amazing sunsets and sound views from the back deck! The convince of the elevator for loading and unloading was a bonus since there are 3 floors. The house is beautiful and each room had its own bathroom which was great for our family which had 5 couples. The Beach access is a bit of a hike in the heat and not for individuals who can’t climb over sand dunes but there were plenty of beaches to drive to that had easier access. The pool more than made up for that and everyone really enjoyed it! The……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Slainte! The view every morning and evening from the top deck over the sound was amazing. It made us content to just sit there and do nothing. Pool area was great and the neighborhood was awesome to tide bike, scooter, or run. We were close to the dock to put our kayaks in as well. The closest beach was an 8 minute walk, however we choose to drive 15 minutes to pea Island everyday to have the amazing beach to our selves. We will definitely come back and stay again……

“Pros, well stocked kitchen, pool, pool table,and video games, lots of bedrooms so everyone had space Cons, there are alot of stairs, that being said the elderly people in our group didnt venture upstairs a whole lot. The only other "problem" we occurred were the fuses to the microwave blew a few times we were there which meant a trip to the basement to flip the breaker not horrible but a little inconvenient.”

“Beautiful home with plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers was very helpful. The pool was nice and has lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nice views of the sound and not far from the beach. ”

“This is a wonderful OBX property for family fun. We enjoyed walking to the sound pier to fish, and would certainly use the kayaks with more time on our next visit. We loved the thoughtfully designed pool and spa area. Perfect for kids and adults to enjoy together. There’s a beach wagon and chairs for the 10 minute walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach. Plenty of parking, a great neighborhood, comfortable beds throughout. We’ve tried a different OBX house for our annual family gathering for the……
