“everything was great”

“Hotel decor is lovely; fragranced candles provide a lovely welcome. The family suite was spacious - especially as there were only two of us, but a little disappointed that there was only one toilet - it would better suite a family to have two separate bathrooms. That said - the rainfall shower was the best I have experienced and the bath is generously sized - surprisingly deep too! Very comfortable bed; lots of useful storage. “This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest. The location is great, right in the city center. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Antwerp Central Station and Antwerpen Roosevelt perron. It……

“The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. But other than that it was a lovely stay and everything was excellent. ”
