Seats don't recline back. Not good for tall people.
Free Wi-Fi would be nice.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Staff was very helpful.
dublin airport sucks, i wouldn't route thru them again just because of the airport there
From the beginning, Aer Lingus treated me very well. The staff was very nice and very helpful from check in all the way to getting off of the plane. I have never flown Aer Lingus before, but now I believe it is the only international flight I will be flying with! The day before I had a terrible experience with Iberia, and just had a terrible mindset about international flights. Thank you so much for a positive experience Aer Lingus.
Sadly, aer lingus now charges for wine and beer on transfer Atlantic flights! Bleh.
I like Aer LIngus but their customer service isn't great. Impossible to get any response on their website or on the phone.
