Safe trip is the main thing. Seats are okay but not very comfortable- needs lumbar support. Pretty tight on the plane- need more space.
Wow air may be a “discount” airline but they have excellent pilots and crew. That’s what matters.
Quite surprised it went so very well considering We had never heard of this airline. Stewardess’ were lovely.
Coffee should be complimentary
My seat was stuck and the touch screen only worked half the time, but otherwise had a great flight. Appreciated the Iceland-specific information.
We slept the two hours flight. The girl gave us the sandwiiches and the Pepsi. Very nice of her..!!!
It would be nice to have a $10 meal on at $1000 overseas flight. Great snacks, headphones, and games for younger kids was a plus.
At Denver airport we were able to print boarding passes and luggage tags, but were not permitted to use the “bag drop” option, making for a very long, slow line at check in that should have been unnecessary.
